Z368 to propozycja nowoczesnego domu parterowego z dachem kopertowym, wykończonego białym tynkiem z dodatkiem boniowania i drewnianymi panelami lub okładziną drewnopodobną.

Architekci celowo wykorzystali duże przeszklenia aby maksymalnie rozświetlić wnętrza.

Dom podzielono na część dzienną i nocną.

W przestronnym salonie połączonym z jadalnią zaplanowano kominek, aby w Państwa domu nigdy nie zabrakło ciepła domowego ogniska. Aneks kuchenny wyposażono w dużą ilość blatów, które doceni każda Pani domu.

W części nocnej zaprojektowano 3 sypialnie, z których jedna posiada przylegającą prywatną łazienkę i garderobę, a dwie pozostałe - wyjścia na zadaszony taras.

Projekt domu Z368 powstał jako odpowiedź na potrzebę rodzin z dwojgiem dzieci.
