Z 302 to niezwykły projekt domu piętrowego o zgrabnej bryle.

Wnętrze domu jest przestronne i jasne. Dzięki dużej powierzchni okien każdy pokój jest widny i dobrze naświetlony. Duży salon jest doskonałym miejscem do odpoczynku i spędzenia miłych chwil w rodzinnej atmosferze.

Na parterze został też zaprojektowany pokój, który może służyć jako gabinet lub pokój gościnny. Na poddaszu znajdują się dwa obszerne pokoje i sypialnia z wyjściem balkonowym.
