The Z202 project is a detached one-family house with the possibility of adapting the attic. The functional layout of the rooms will ensure comfort of everyday use.

A special advantage of this single-storey house is the opening of the living space to the surroundings. The interior of the house is distinguished by a multitude of rooms with various purposes. They are grouped in three zones: daily, dormitory and economic. The first is an open space with a fireplace that includes a kitchen, dining room and living room. A well-separated part of the house is the resting area of the household, which was deliberately removed from the day zone. Complementing the house is the economic part, which includes a two-seater garage, pantry and utility room located just next to the entrance.

The Z202 project is the optimal proposal for those looking for a comfortable and practical home. The full range of rooms means there will be room for everyone.
